Faxmark is a very effective marketing tool, specializing in mass faxing (approximately 500 000 are sent per month). We get information into and onto the desks of companies via fax.
The only other medium capable of finding itself into and onto the desk of a company is direct mail. The costs involved with direct mail shots are usually very high, in excess of 7-10 times more than that of a fax, plus turnaround time is lengthy. Faxing is quick, HIGHLY effective and gets the message across quickly.

Pages are designed by Faxmark, once approved by you, are downloaded into a fax broadcast system and distributed. Turnaround time for a full page fax = 24 hours or less!
The fax advertisement remains as an electronic medium and is printed for the first time when faxed, therefore ensuring perfect quality faxes at all times.
SERVICE OFFERED
General fax campaign:- A one page fax is distributed to a minimum of 1 000 fax numbers or to our entire national data base. Advertisers have a choice, utilizing either full page, or sharing the page by using half of that page, in which case you share the other half with another company. All campaign are sent during daytime hours and during weekdays only.
Targeting an area:- An area can be targeted geographically based on the dialling code and prefix of the fax number. e.g. The East Rand would have the dialling code 011, and start with 393...., 972...., 975...., etc.
Own data base:- Should you have an existing data base, Faxmark can download your data base, design your fax, attach it to the data base and start faxing. Thereby freeing up your time and equipment.
Artwork:- Working closely with the advertiser, Faxmark undertakes all artwork. Once artwork has been approved, the document remains within the computer system, then downloaded into a fax broadcast system, and queued within a specified database. From there the faxes are sent out. Because the whole operation is computerized, the quality of the faxes are superb.
OVERVIEW By maintaining an exceptionally high standard of artwork and focusing mainly on beneficial products at great prices, Faxmark aspires to benefit the recipient by receiving our faxes. Furthermore, every fax sent out carries our "opt out" clause, should a recipient wish to have his details removed from our data base, a call can be made directly to our office and their number will be removed.
Response Handling Service: Faxmark is affiliated to Work With Me Contact Center who offers an answering service throughout SA. If you require a Response Handling Service, we will assign a dedicated landline number to you which is advertised on the fax flyer. Our Call Center agents then answer all calls responding to the fax campaign in your company name, qualify the caller by asking specific questions as per your instructions, then send all details to you via email. We can also dispatch brochures and information to the caller immediately after the call has ended. Faxmark broadcasts the faxes, answers your calls - in your company name, dispatches information to the caller, then sends an email to you with the caller’s details. Your work load is drastically reduced enabling you to concentrate entirely on servicing your clients and following up all incoming leads.
Legality Faxmark belongs to the Direct Marketing Association of SA and abides by all laws relating to direct marketing. Each fax carries an "opt out" clause and contact number, enabling recipients who do not wish to receive any further faxmail to have their details removed from our system. Furthermore we only send faxes during daytime hours, from 7am to 7pm, and never over weekends and religious holidays. |
